Property & Casualty Claims
The Claims Department will gather the pertinent information, prepare the claim form and file it with the carrier. For auto claims, we will provide an SR1 form for filing with the DMV if it is necessary.
After a claim is filed we will provide you with the claim number and adjuster's name and phone number if available. We diary regular follow-ups and will contact the adjuster to check the status of the claim.
Once the claim has been closed we will advise you by mail, but you may call us at any time to check the status of the claim.
We review policy loss runs and advise the adjuster of any discrepancies.
We publish a quarterly newsletter for all of our clients. The newsletter is prepared by our staff for the sole purpose of keeping our clients informed and current coverage needs, legislative information, and changes and trends in the insurance industry.
Safety and Training Videos can be provided and cover a variety of topics. They can be requested through the Claims Department.
Educational Material is provided as an ongoing service to our clients. Materials can either be posters, brochures or booklets. Please contact the Claims Department if you have a need.
