Rich started working at CAL September 1980. He is responsible for all of the Commercial Insurance section of CAL as well as the Administrative staff.

One of his favorite projects is hiring and working with interns for a full year experience at CAL. They have come from countries such as India, Russia, France, Poland, Luxemburg and Italy.

He has volunteered at the San Francisco AIDS Foundation, Marin General Hospital and the Marin Humane Society. Outside of work, his sole focus is on weekend fun with his wife, Karen and two girls, Aislinn and Zoe. Among other things, gardening, bicycling, cooking and eating are their fun family activities.
